| The McGregor Industrial Park contains a number of small buildings ready for use. These buildings were utilized as storage bunkers for the former Navy Weapons plant. They are 20' X 40' with three concrete walls, a concrete floor and a wood-framed roof and front wall. Although they lack utilities, these "bunkers" could easily be used as small warehouse or storage space for your business.
