The Municipal Court provides administrative support for the City of McGregor municipal court proceedings. The Municipal Court is responsible for the collection of fines, fees, and State costs; filing citations/complaints; court scheduling; issuing, tracking, and clearing warrants; maintaining court records and reporting collection, conviction, and statistical data to the appropriate State agencies.

Mr. Jim Gailey has served as the McGregor Municipal Judge since 1998. He graduated from Baylor Law School in in 1978 and  began his practice in McGregor at that time.

Robyn Wylie

Robyn Wylie has been serving as the Court Clerk since 2014. She is a Certified Court Clerk and previously served in that capacity for Mart, Texas.

The purpose of the Municipal Court is to provide a forum for citizens to be heard in a professional and courteous environment in matters related to Class “C” offenses filed with in the city limits of the City of McGregor so that the law may be administered in a fair and efficient manner.
